At TeuPortal, we don’t just listen to your concerns—we take action!
During our Beta program, one consistent piece of feedback stood out: while offering 10 clients with 100MB each was helpful, many of our users needed more flexibility. Some of their clients required much more storage—say 200MB—while others barely used 10MB. It didn’t make sense to upgrade to the Need More Space plan just to meet the needs of a single large client, especially when most of their clients were under the Standard plan’s limit.
So, we listened. Instead of creating intermediate plans and complicating things, we’ve made it simpler: your storage is now shared across all your clients. If you’re on the Standard Plan with 10 clients, you have a total of 1GB of storage, which you can distribute however you need. The same goes for all plans—whether it’s a small client needing less or a larger client requiring more space, you now have the flexibility to allocate storage based on your unique needs.
So, what is new?
For every new client you add, the storage for that client is pooled into your total available space. This change will give you greater control and peace of mind, without forcing you to upgrade unnecessarily.
This feature has been added to our roadmap, and we’ve bumped it to the top of the list. You can expect it to roll out next week, with all our clients notified of the update.
