Our Story
The idea for TeuPortal sparked from two recurring themes in our work. First, in almost every web development project we tackled, clients asked for a "Client Area" or "Portal." The demand was obvious, but the only options were to build it from scratch or buy complex, bloated workflow software just to get a simple portal. We knew there had to be a leaner way.
Second, our own experience working with freelancers, accountants, and providers was becoming a mess. We were constantly playing the game of "hunt the file"—scouring inboxes for lost links, searching through generic drives, and sending those inevitable "can you resend that?" emails. It distracted us from the actual work and made collaboration feel chaotic.
At some point, we just asked: "Why don't we simply make a Client Portal software that lets people have their own professional portal? And that is it." No complex workflows, no bloat—just a dedicated place where all your things live and where it's obvious how to find them. That is exactly what we built.
